How to LOGIN to your Member Account and add ‘App’ Icon Access to your Device

We use Club Organiser (a safe, secure swim software system) for general club membership administration, and once you have joined the club you will receive your unique membership number and password via email (which you can later change) to enable you to login for the first time.

Please note all swimmers under the age of 18 are required to have at least one adult (parent or carer) as their first contact and emergency contact, who will have full control of the swimmer’s account until age 18.  Sharing of login details with younger members before the age of 18 is entirely at the discretion of the parent/carer of the member.

You can login below to access your swimmers’ dashboard, where you can amend personal and medical details, check your training schedule, respond to invitations, fill in your swimmers’ passport and swimmers’ diary and access your swimmers’ account page.

If you have forgotten your Password, you can use the ‘forgotten my password’ prompt when signing in, or if you’ve forgotten your Username, which is your club’s Swim England code plus your unique member number, allocated at your time of joining, then you can ask your club administrator to send you a new login through Club Organiser.

Please ensure you add info@cluborganiser.co.uk and no-reply@cluborganiser.co.uk to your safe emails list to ensure that any emails sent to you through Club Organiser should be safely received and not sent to spam.

Great News!! – Because Club Organiser is designed as a fully responsive system, you can quickly access the entire software directly on your mobile device using an App Icon like this –

You don’t need to download an actual App – often just a partial, or companion system, not the full software!

If your swimming club is already using Club Organiser software and you’ve already been given your login details, simply follow the instructions below to give you quick, easy access.  Once you’ve saved your login details, you just click on the App Icon and everything is at your fingertips! 

Please Note:  We appreciate users’ Privacy and as such, we don’t use Cookies, which is why you’ll need to save your login details the first time you use this icon access.

Instructions :

iPhones/iPads –

Open Safari, and go to www.cluborganiser.co.uk/login.php

When the page has loaded, click on the ‘Share’ icon, and then scroll along the bottom icons and tap ‘Add to Home Screen’

Android Phones and Tablets –

Open Chrome, and go to www.cluborganiser.co.uk/login.php

When the page has loaded, click on the 3 dots in the top right hand corner, and tap ‘Add to Home screen’
