Competition Information

Galas are a great way to build swimming confidence. But they are not for all, nor are they an esential part of being a member of our club. At NSC we offer a range of gala opportunites for our swimmers, starting with entry level (peninsula) galas to allow our swimmers to gain confidence.

March 1st and 2nd: Wirral Metro ‘Hello Spring, Goodbye Winter’ Gala

March 19th: our home Neston gala. Chance to practice all that gala technique and get some times in CO.

April 5th: Wirral PENINSULAR GROUP development gala. Ellesmere Port Sports Village. These are great fun team events, and a great introduction to galas. SE train level is OK so all swimmers can take part.

June 6th and 7th: Wirral Metro 6th Summer Gala – swim compete members only. Closing date 13th April.

June 7th: Wirral PENINSULAR GROUP development gala. Ellesmere Port Sports Village.

15th June. City of Liverpool SC. Diane Jameson Splash “n” Dash 2025.

28th June (Saturday). Development league final. EPSV late afternoon. There will be 8 lanes. Neston SC against 7 other Wirral clubs. Open to all swimmers regardless of SE membership type.

5th July. Time: 5.00pm to 6.30pm. Location: Leasowe Recreation Centre. Who: Swim Club members aged 7-12 year (aimed at primary school swimmers).

19th July (saturday) 2025 PENINSULAR GROUP OF SWIMMING CLUBS AGE GROUP CHAMPIONSHIPS. At EPSV. Swimmers can individually enter the races they want (50m individual or 100m IM).
